Queen’s Ball & Mental Health Campaign 2025
The Queen’s Ball 2025, held under the theme “Healing Minds”, built on the momentum of last year’s inaugural event by deepening Uganda’s national conversation on mental health. Led by Her Royal Highness Nnaabagereka Sylvia Nagginda Luswata, the campaign continued to dismantle stigma, expand access to care, and strengthen community support for women, men, youth, and children.
Healing Minds
On May 2, 2025, at the Sunset Terrace — Speke Resort Convention Centre, Munyonyo, dignitaries, health professionals, corporate leaders, government officials, and Kingdom representatives gathered in solidarity with individuals and families living with mental health challenges.
In her address, Queen Sylvia emphasized healing as both a personal and collective journey—urging communities to embrace empathy, prioritise care, and foster resilience across generations. The evening wove together culture, reflection, and philanthropy, reaffirming mental health as a shared responsibility.
The Nnaabagereka Nagginda Women’s Fund invites supporters to stay engaged—through partnership, volunteering, and contributions—so that every person in our communities has the opportunity to heal, thrive, and be supported.
